Dita Basu
Anindita (Dita) Basu is a Bengali-American writer whose fiction explores women’s lives, migration, memory, and the complicated meaning of home. She is the author of Shadow Birds and Dreamcatcher and also writes and publishes in Bengali. Based in Northern California, she is a member of the California Writers Club. When she isn’t writing, Dita loves traveling, gardening, making jewelry, and filling stray pieces of paper with doodles and sketches.
